Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to avoid damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
